Think about one or two things in your life right now that you absolutely cannot live without. Have you wondered why you can’t live without them? It turns out the stuff that we think we can’t live without is only temporary. They give us joy until they don’t. Then what do we do? We find something else and that thing gives us a temporary feeling of joy - it’s actually a cycle of unhappiness. How can we find joy when it seems like nothing around us lasts?
